I guess we can be glad to have T1DM instead, but comparing diseases isn’t usually a good idea because there are things you cannot imagine associated with various ailments. Still, its interesting to hear someone else’s perspective on their conditions.
Yeah, I usually try to avoid that, too. It was more along the lines of having a four pound pump attached to a central line delivering a potentially lethal bathtub brew of drugs that I was thinking about.
Her post-transplant story is very inspirational. So she has that on us. :^)
