  • Farthest run: 12.6 miles

Plus, one shoulder injury that had me away from the pool for a week. (More about that later.)

    Nice! I really need to track my swims. I know what I do and write blogs about it but nowhere is it written down. I’m impressed with your January successes – keep it up.
